Aaron U. Levy, PhD., is a strategic career CEO, innovative scientist & published author, with global operation, finance and manufacturing experience. Aaron served as President, COO, CEO and Chairman of several firms from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies with up to $1B in Market Cap as well as CEO, economic development, & GM for a Native American Tribe with over $1B in operation.

As CEO of Emerging Transformational Ventures, and M&A business development firm, he founded Revenuetool.ai, a capital economic model used as a foundation for strategic planning, partnered and guided over 50 firms from startup to multimillion dollar firms. Aaron is an expert in leading innovations to market, financial capital and organizational structuring, turnaround M&A, commercial growth strategies, investors’ & boards’ relations.

Passionate about healthcare, Aaron, a shareholder, served as CSO/M&A of MedWatch Technologies, Inc. a noninvasive medical device firm geared to transform the lives of diabetes patients; served as CCO/GM of Universal Sequencing Tech. Corp., an innovative DNA Sequencing firm with co-development & co-marketing agreement with Illumina; served as acting CDO at Primex Clinical Laboratories, Inc. the largest privately held clinical diagnostics lab in California. At the Wilbur K. Woo UCLA Healthcare Conference (2015), he was the presenter/moderator of experts, on US-China Healthcare Ties. In support of the Cedar Sinai-Osborne Colon Cancer foundation, volunteered at the event attended by Elton John and other celebrities to raise capital for a new wing.

Dr. Levy holds a PhD in Management, Leadership & Organizational Change, with a focus on Organizational Psychology. Masters & Bachelor of Science in Engineering. A holder of a U.S patent, he published “Factors Influencing CEOs” & Digital Printing; Elected to Young President Organization (YPO) and served on the Jane Goodall Institute Finance Committee. Aaron is an FAA Certified airline pilot, instructor and an active competitor member of USMS Swimming and Water Polo.
