Metastatic Rectal Cancer Patient

After a lifetime without illness and in excellent health in the Netherlands, I was, to my utter astonishment and great shock, diagnosed in 2026 with rectal cancer, which had metastasized to my liver and lung. "You should just go for walks with your children," the doctor said, because there was very little more they could do for me.

At the beginning of May, I traveled to Cancun for my first Nkore 101 treatment. Three treatments were scheduled, approximately three weeks apart. At first, I planned to fly back and forth to the Netherlands each time. In the end, however, I only traveled back to the Netherlands between the second and third treatments. I liked Mexico, and I was finally able to relax a little after what had been a terrible year for me.

Communication about the treatment was handled through NKore BioTherapeutics. Each treatment consisted of three days.

  • Day 1: Meet the physician and perform a final set of blood tests before treatment. The physician was very open and I received clear answers to all of my questions.
  • Day 2: Supercharged NK-cell infusion over a few hours under the care of the attentive clinical team.
  • Day 3: Post-infusion review with the physician, and an opportunity to ask any additional questions.

At the moment, I feel well. I have gained more energy. Recent blood tests showed that my cancer markers are decreasing.
